it's not just because my husband has been wishing for colder weather to snowboard either, but rather because i’ve become totally and completely obsessed with the twilight series. i know (you want to gag).
the books take place in a small town in washington plagued by constant cloudy weather and unrelenting rain storms. the main character of the books, bella, waits for edward to come to her any day that is not sunny. when i read the series on a trip through washington and vancouver last year with my husband, i fell in love with these two characters and their story.
so i guess the rain just makes me think romantic-lovey-dovey thoughts.
