cabo wabo

for easter this year, we went with my side of the family to cabo san lucas. we stayed at cabo azul. the resort was gorgeous and the company couldn't have been better.

if you get a chance to go, you should definitley visit the office...

and ride horses on the beach.

annual whistler trip

every year we take a trip up to whistler village in canada with cory's parents. the village is so beautiful when covered with all the glistening snow. this past year the 2010 olympics were held in vancouver, and the snowboarding/skiing was done at whistler. so we ended up waiting unti later in the spring to miss some of the traffic.

i hope we continue the tradition. i love getting to experience a "real" winter, unlike our sunny days in southern california. my favorite part? colorful rain boots, snowflake covered hooded jackets, and the morning stroll that leaves snow footprints to get coffee.

we adored all parts of whistler, from the people to the shops to the village to the slopes. after spending our holiday here we decided we are 1] coming back for spring break, and 2] eventually moving here.

we are practically newlyweds so we can dream, right? ♥
